Runke told me today that i dont update my blog enough and I should be hung for it. Its summer time and i look at a computer too much to take cool photos. I looked back in the archives and found this gem from the funnest day of summer. Mike Basher took this shot for snowboard mag. It didnt get run. The bad thing about this photo is the fact that you cant see Runkes giant beer gut or his $1200 bar tab.

My friend Joe Carlino sent me this photo the other day. I guess recently he's been getting involved with fashion photography. I thought id help him out and hopefully someone will see this and he can get a jumpstart on his career.

Crooked Cops

Jeremy and crew like to skate early in the morn. I however, am on the DC skate programming schedule, where you only can skate in the evening at most spots. Anyway. He sent me a Polaroid of what ive been missing.

Northstar was amazing

We just finished the final shoot of the season in Northstar. I have to say, it was epic. So fun, so many new friends made and all around just a really good time. We had 4 days of nonstop rain to start things but in the end it worked out as good or better than we planned.On the rainy days, we found things to do.

Finally it got sunny and we had a meeting to discuss how the shoot was gonna go down. Everyone from the team was in attendence.
Even BlottoIts a great feeling to wrap up a shoot like this. So much planning turning into so much productivity. After day 4 of shooting everyone sat down and drank a beer. Brad told us the story of his day....which included the heli pilot telling them they were going down and gonna crash.

Chinese Downhill

The whole crew has been bored lately since the weather has been less than average. We decided to go up to Squaw and session the public park. After a good session we stopped on a cat track and everyone happened to stand in a perfect line. Seriously, this was not staged. Anyway. The guys decided to all put 5 bucks in to who could get down first. Squaw ended up building us a really good jump. The skiers hit it first. Mason practiced so when it was his turn he would kill it. Click this photo Sani took. Its amaaaazing.
