The Sun Wants to Come Out? Doesn't It?

This spring has been a constant fight with the weather. You'd think in the high desert (Utah) in May we'd have some sun................wrong....Its basically Seattle.

Mode of Transport

We spent alot of time in the last 10 days in this snowcat. Usually we could fit about 10 guys and 12 camera bags. Tight quarters for sure, but such a good time none the less.

Not a bad view from the office.

Blotto and I had the cat to ourselves late one afternoon. We figured we might as well make the best of it.

Topaz Lake

On the way down to Mammoth the other day I took a quick left into this farm and found this less than usual barn...

I thought it was pretty random that they would have only the hay under the cover and not the tractor?

I actually found a dead sheep too but def didn't want to take a photo of that.

The Tipsters...CA version

We had a down day in Mammoth yesterday so the crew headed out to the hot spring for some ballet.
Sani, Seppe, Zak, Maurer, Alex, Ludde, Ethan, myself.........So fun!

Intervalometer's

I've had some time to shoot some time lapse photography this week in Mammoth. Seems to always be somewhat windy here which makes for a whole bunch of movement when shooting clouds etc.

Last Stop- Mammoth

The entire crew just arrived in Mammoth for our big park shoot finale of the season. We have some really good features in the works and everyone seems to be looking forward to some great sessions. Nearly everyone from the team is in attendance as well as 4 filmers, 3 photographers, and 4 Tm's.......its gonna be a good one.

The scenery around here is amazing. Cant wait to come back and check out Yosemite this summer.

How Cute

Tim had his 100mm macro lens up on the hill yesterday and he allowed me to use it to practice my National Geographic insect photography.....HA....The lens is insane.
