I saw this photo on my friend Irene's FB page and i had to steal it. Im not sure if this is her grandma or not but either way this lady is awesome.

Utah Lake

Here are some shots from the Utah Lake film session the other day. Jeremy is freakin nuts.I wish this photo showed how fast he was going. Or the giant snake that i almost stepped on while shooting it. Or me freaking out when Brad threw a stick at my leg and I thought it was the giant snake i saw.

We came up with some interesting camera mounts for this trip. If Jeremy leaned right it wouldnt have been very good for the camera.
Im pretty sure i shot this photo while driving, through the windshield. If you look closely you can see the beautiful town of Provo in the distance;)

America's Top Models

The other day, on the way back from shooting some thing near Utah lake, Brad and i drove past these kids towing each other in wagon.....We immediately looked at one another and decided to turn around. I had my camera so i asked the kids if they minded if i took a couple photos. For some reason they reminded me of a Norman Rockwell scene. The kids got the shot 2nd or 3rd try. Brad then gave them a dollar each and instructed them never to talk to strangers..This is by far one of my favorite photos I've ever taken.
I hate not having shoes on.
The kids said with Brads money they were gonna run to the store and grab a couple cold beers for their next wagon trip.

A Homeless Man and his Pants

The other night I stopped to take a photo of these random jeans sitting on the stoop of this building. Once i got all my flashes, strobes, and large format camera in place (G10) i noticed there was a guy sitting in the left door....It kind of scared me. I usually never take photos of homeless people but i felt like since i was already planning on it before he was there i was allowed. No dentention. (doubleclick for large size)

The oldest person there

A couple of us went to check out the Krew demo the other day and I for sure was the oldest person there....or maybe Greco...anyway it was a good time. Reminded me of the old Intensity Demos except way less fun.Greco tried riding off the bus into the bank


But then settled for a mellow bomb drop.....nice kit Grec'sThis kid Logan from SLC is so damn good. He did BSTS like nothing..
And then there is Lizard. Bs180 1fter....Lizard skated so damn good for the hometown crowdGreco realized it too

p.s. I think Moriah was actually i oldest person there....thank goodness

Fleetwood Mac

The other day Jim asked if i wanted to go with a crew to see Fleetwood Mac. I guess Tara Dakides knows the band manager and she got a bunch of free tickets. I didnt know that much about Fleetwood other than the hits.The tickets were 2nd row.

Jim got lost and couldnt find us. He ended up across the stadium. He started crying and didnt stop until someone held his hand
Lindsey Buckingham knows how to play a guitar. He doesnt use a pick. Everything is finger picked. Its insane. Stevie Nicks is old.
After the show we went to a local drinking establishment. Jim shook his afro while we took the photo.

Smoking is bad

But comes out cool in photos sometimes. On the way to Fleetwood the other night I captured Erin yelling at Heikki for smoking. (I dont know if this is really what happened but its a good caption for this shot)

Quick trip to the lake
