Oil Jetty's

You'd think if you lived in a city called Salt Lake you might actually go and check out the lake once in a while. Well, it took me 4 years...

On the way to the lake we came across this place called the Oil Jetty, I guess a long time ago this was once a dock? Apparently the giant smelly puddle called the Great Salt Lake has a lot less water in it these days so the posts to this Jetty are all that remain?

Im sure its photographed alot, but something this blog worthy is hard to pass up and i'm glad we stopped.
